Placing an order is easy and secure! Simply navigate to the product you wish to purchase, select the desired quantity and options (if applicable), and click the "Add to Cart" button. Once you're ready to complete your purchase, go to your cart and click "Checkout" to enter your shipping details and payment information.

We aim to process orders quickly, which means we'll need to check if it's possible to modify your order. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We can't guarantee changes can be made, especially if the order has already been processed for shipping.

At present, we have found a suitable shopping mall, determined the store decoration and other work, and it is expected that we can meet you in the offline store in the next August. 

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping option you select at checkout. Typically, orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, and delivery can take between 5-10 business days for domestic orders. 

At present, we are only considering customers in Kenya, other countries or regions will be considered in the future plan. Thank you.
